Problem
The request was for a face cream with a strong peeling effect that would cause the skin to peel when used in a salon setting. However, the ingredients used in the target product were too harsh for the skin and could not be used.
Approach
Since harsh ingredients can cause skin troubles depending on the individual, we achieved a peeling effect by including a high concentration of microneedles for a physical peeling effect, combined with retinol to promote skin turnover.
